Lesson number two, third hour of driving.

No stalling, no crashing – awesome! Apparently I’m good at starting the car, need to practise my stopping, I stop too soon.

Instructor told me to find a “safe and legal place to park”, just hit the brakes, didn’t check my mirrors so didn’t notice that there was a car behind me, nor that I had parked opposite a junction.

Need to check mirrors. Don’t need to stop exactly where/when instructor says so.

Looking forward to next week. Might manage third gear. Might see more dogs again. Dogs obviously love walking where I drive.
